Thanks to the IOSS shipping solution, there is no longer a customs clearance fee in most countries. As a sender, you enter the value-added tax that is due in the EU in your shop and settle it monthly in the IOSS portal. In this way, you only pay the shipping fees when you ship via Swiss Post and the VAT is secured via the IOSS portal.
