There are two options, both of which are flexible and customer-friendly: Either the label is placed directly pre-printed in the parcel so that your customers have it immediately to hand. Where can my customers submit returns?

You can either hand in your returns at one of the Swiss Post branches or at one of the MyPack24 machines. A total of 5000 access points are available. Alternatively, you can order collection directly from your home using Pick@home.

How can the return shipment be correctly assigned?
Thanks to consistent data, returns shipments can be precisely assigned to their respective outbound shipment.
How can I obtain a returns label and provide it to my customers?

You can either create the return labels yourself or use our API to retrieve them. The provision of the labels is flexible: you can either include them in the outbound package or provide them via an online returns portal or your customer service if required.

Can I share the cost of the return with the customer?
It is up to you to decide to what extent you would like your customers to bear the shipping costs for the return shipment. You can transfer all or part of the costs to your customers or bear them in full.
How do the returns get back to me

We consolidate the returns in our returns center over a period of time determined by you. They are then collected at the frequency you specify by one of our strong partner forwarding agents or a forwarding agent commissioned by you. Before each collection, we prepare the customs documents and carry out the customs declaration for export. Thanks to the refund report, you can refund your customers' returns on a daily basis, even if they are still in our returns center for consolidation. This saves transportation costs without compromising customer satisfaction.

We work with standard interfaces to all common shop and ERP systems and offer customised integration options via API and data upload.
