You decide which steps you want to take yourself and which services, such as Content Check, the post office should do for you. Based on the import data, we also take care of the back customs clearance: We reclaim the taxes and customs duties paid on import in your favour.

Your goods will be checked in at Zurich or Geneva, and the receipt of goods will be confirmed to customs. Only here do we separate letters and packages and then feed the deliveries into the respective channel.
LMD = Last-Mile-Delivery: Within 24 hours of handling at our entry points in Zurich or Geneva, your shipments are delivered by Swiss Post in the letter channel or the parcel channel.
